Orders are processed within 1-7 days or upon credit card authorization and address verification have been completed. Please note that credit card authorization can take up to 24 hours for approval. All orders placed after 6 p.m. PST will be processed the following business day. All orders placed on Saturday after 5:00 p.m. PST will be processed on the following Monday. 


Packages ship directly from the manufacturers and suppliers or warehouses located in the USA, Asia and Europe. Shipping methods vary but most items are shipped via USPS, UPS, e-Packet, DHL or FedEx depending on weight, size and origin of the product. 

All international packages are shipped as "Delivery Duties Unpaid." This means that California Pointe does not charge or pay all customs, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees and are the responsibility of the customer at the time of delivery. If the customer fails to pay these fees and the package is returned to California Pointe, we will not resend your package and instead issue a store credit in the amount of the subtotal of your order (not including shipping fees).

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time. Delivery times will vary. US orders are usually delivered within 7-10 days of placing your order. International orders are usually delivered within 10-16 days from the date of purchase. Shipping times are always noted on the product page in order to help you make an informed buying decision. Due to global supply chain issues, weather, and uncontrollable circumstances shipments can be delayed at any time.
