The Life Scripting Method: How I Closed the Gap Between My Dreams and My Reality
There's something most people never say out loud. Not because it isn't true — but because saying it feels like too much. Like wanting more than what you have somehow means you're ungrateful for what you've already built.
So instead, you carry it quietly. This persistent knowing that the life you've been imagining and the life you're actually living are two different things — and the gap between them keeps getting wider, not smaller.
If that's where you are right now, I want you to know I know how you feel because I felt this way, too. That feeling is your instincts telling you that there's a version of your life you haven't stepped into yet — and part of you already knows what it looks and feels like.
Are You Ready To Start Living Your Next Chapter?
If you are tired of searching for the next trendy life makeover tool and are ready to become the version of you that can hold the energy of the aspirations and desires you’ve been wanting, I created The Life Scripting Method for you. It is a free guide I use to define who you need to become to create your next level of reality.

The question isn't whether that life is possible. The question is whether you are willing to get honest enough to start moving toward it. That is exactly what life scripting helped me do 20 years ago.
Why I Know This Works
I didn’t just discover life scripting; I refined it through years of trial and error.
As a little girl growing up in Southern California, I kept diaries that held stories about a life I only dreamed of living. I made vision boards on single pieces of printer paper from 1980s teen magazines, dreaming of how my life would look someday.
I wrote letters like postcards describing my trips to foreign countries, the houses I would own, the sports cars I’d drive, and my job.
All written without any doubt, as if everything had already happened. And slowly, quietly — it did. Not all at once, and sometimes not exactly as I envisioned, but some things were very close. And others, well, they turned out exactly as I imagined.
I didn't realize it then, but those messy glue sticks and teen magazines were my first steps into a practice that would eventually build my life.
I have been doing this for decades. It is the foundational method I share here at California Pointe, designed to help you close the gap between who you are and who you need to become to bring your intentions and aspirations to reality.

What Life Scripting Actually Is
Life scripting is a journaling practice where you write about the life or outcome you desire from the perspective as if it has already happened. It is not goals, not affirmations, and not a list of things you hope will be true someday.
It is a description, written as a lived experience. It is grounded in detail, feeling, and the quiet confidence of someone reflecting on a life experience that is already theirs.
Most journaling asks you to write from where you are. Life scripting asks you to write from where you are going and requires that you believe you are worthy of it. That one change in perspective does something to the way your mind processes what is possible.
It stops treating your vision like a fantasy and starts treating it like a fact — a direction to be followed.Evidence to be gathered to support this narrative.
This Is Really About Who You Are Becoming
The longer you practice life scripting, the more you realize something: you are not just describing a life; you are describing who you are, what you value, how you spend your mornings and evenings, what you stopped tolerating, and the decisions you make without apology.
That person isn't a fantasy. She is a version of you that already exists — you just haven't fully inhabited her yet. Life scripting is the practice of introducing yourself to her, repeatedly, until the gap between who you are today and who she is becomes something you close — not by waiting for your life to change, but by making choices that already belong to her.
You don’t get what you want in life; you get what you are...or who you believe you are. Specificity is the secret sauce to this whole mindset. If you are not sure how to get detailed about who you are becoming, I have mapped out the prompts for you in The Life Scripting Method.
