I recently attended a holiday party (white elephant theme!), and my friends gifted such great gifts for the exchange. I’m sharing this year’s gift list to inspire you in your own holiday or special occasion gift giving.
A white elephant gift exchange is a fun and festive way to give a gift. Everyone brings a wrapped present within a set price limit (usually around $20) and then the fun begins!
Participants take turns unwrapping gifts, and some hosts choose to add the option to be able to steal presents from others at least once. A white elephant theme party is great way to have a fun, meaningful and low-key holiday event.
My White Elephant Haul
This year's white elephant gift exchange was a lot of fun! I walked away with three fantastic gifts that I can't wait to use.
First up, I recieved a beautiful Anthropology Capri Blue Volcano Capiz Jar Candle that smells incredible, like a light grapefruit.
Next, I got an electric, light-up salt and pepper grinder set. I can’t wait to use this use while baking and cooking!
My third gift was the garlic infused olive oil. I love anything garlic, and I love cooking with and dipping with olive oil. I’m really looking forward to trying out Brightland Olive Oil. A quick point: I was gifted garlic infused olive oil but it’s part of a kit so, I’m recommending the plain one that you can buy for under $40.00.
