The wildfires here in Los Angeles are causing devastation for over 2000 people and counting. I live in a coastal town that is also a high risk fire zone. This tragedy affects all of us LA, either directly or indirectly.

Canine Rescue Club

CRC is a network of caregivers that foster dogs until they find a forever home. They’re seeking volunteers to offer temporary foster care for dogs displaced by the fires and fundraising for wildfire relief efforts. Apply through the club’s online form. 

Los Angeles Regional Food Bank

The Los Angeles Food Bank provides vital food assistance to children, families, and seniors facing food insecurity. With 96% of donations going directly to programs, your support helps create a healthier and more thriving community. Donate or volunteer online. 

World Central Kitchen

World Central Kitchen (WCK) is providing meals to first responders and families impacted by the wildfires in Southern California. Your donation will help WCK continue their vital work of providing fresh, nourishing meals to communities in need during times of crisis.
